    All GSLS students are encouraged to participate in co-curricular activities.  Enrichment classes are available for Elementary students, both semesters, for the entire school year, and Middle School students have the opportunity to participate in many intra-mural sports and activities throughout the school year. 
Afterschool Enrichment classes are available to Kindergarten through 5th graders on a semester basis. Selections change yearly but include classes such as cooking, chess, soccer, golf, robotics, and more.

Student Council is available to both Elementary and Middle School Student.  Participation in Student Council provides opportunities to participate in civic projects and various volunteer activities throughout the year.

In Middle School, students are required to complete volunteer hours for graduation.  Middle School students have the opportunity to compete for their school in intramural sports, including track, golf, basketball, volleyball, flag football and more.  In addition, our Middle School students compete in county-wide Mathletes competitions.
